New Job Opportunities at The Fermanagh Trust: Executive Secretary and Community Climate Action Coordinator

 

The Fermanagh Trust has announced two exciting job opportunities: Executive Secretary (Part-Time) and Community Climate Action Coordinator (Full-Time). These roles present chances to work with a dynamic team dedicated to supporting local communities and advancing climate action initiatives.


1. Executive Secretary (Part-Time)

The Executive Secretary role is a part-time position, with working hours from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday to Thursday. This position requires strong organisational and administrative skills to support the Trust’s daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to senior staff. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and have experience in a similar administrative role.

2. Community Climate Action Coordinator (Full-Time)

The Community Climate Action Coordinator is a full-time position on a 2-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension subject to funding. This role focuses on developing and implementing climate action strategies and programs within the community. The successful candidate will work closely with local groups to promote sustainable practices and enhance community resilience to climate change. Ideal applicants will have experience in climate action, community development, or a related field, along with strong project management skills. This initiative is supported with grant aid from the International Fund for Ireland
