Fermanagh House supports Christmas Toy Appeal

Fermanagh House was delighted to support Fermanagh Women’s Aid, the Salvation Army and St Vincent de Paul with a substantial number of Christmas gifts as part of their annual Christmas toy appeal – spreading the joy of Christmas to those who otherwise would miss out.

Christmas is a time for giving, a time for happiness and a time to remember those families who need our help at this time of year. Fermanagh House is now encouraging other organisations to follow suit and help to make sure disadvantaged children have a present to open on Christmas day.

Marilyn Quinn Centre Manager at Fermanagh House said “Supporting those less fortunate is our motivation behind this annual toy donation to these fantastic groups who carry out vital work in our community. Christmas is the time when everyone should think of those less privileged and try to give something back. This is something Fermanagh House does every year and we are very pleased to do so, particularly as it supports people in our local area. The toy appeal is a great local cause and if anybody can afford to give this Christmas I would very much urge them to do so”.
